As Luxoft’s Chief Financial Officer, Roman oversees the company finance, accounting and administrative issues.
Roman's working experience includes leading Russian enterprises and western companies, including Louis Dreyfus in Moscow and FESCO.
Prior to Luxoft Roman served as Director of Finance with Mobile TeleSystems Far Eastern division, where he played instrumental role establishing a Company-integrated Finance structure. He was responsible for corporate reporting, finance planning and analysis, investment analysis, procurement, Russian tax accounting, treasury and HR management
Roman graduated with honors from the Far Eastern State University and holds Chartered Financial Analyst Designation (CFA) and MBA degree in Finance from INSEAD.
