Project scope is the design, development and maintenance of a modern Contact Center Reporting application built for and advanced PABX platform. CCR allows supervisors to track & measure staff customer service and agent productivity levels through a browser based interface. The interface is intuitive and informative. Supervisors can set alarm notification levels, customize views with the statistics they care about most, and the generation of reports is simple - drag and drop, point and click. Recipients can receive reports in format of their choice - .doc, .xls, .pdf, etc. Though CCR can support up to 150 agents, 30 supervisors and one administrator, the primary target market for the solution is the Small Business with less than 30 agents. The engineer will be involved in all phases of release cycle, performing tasks as development and review of design document, software development, tracking and fixing defects raised by system verification team, conceiving and executing unit tests scenarios.

• Hands on knowledge and experience of C# .NET, Web Services, WPF, WCF, Advanced .NET concepts (Multithreading, Memory management), .Net Framework 3.5, NT services.
• Hands on Mono.Net with experience on porting .Net application/WCF services to Mono platform is must
• Hands on GTK Sharp
• Good understanding of Linux/CentOS
• Strong SQL server knowledge. Worked on SQL server query optimization and performance issues

•The successful candidate will provide a strong contribution to the development and support of real-time quoting applications within D&EL IT. The role encompasses:
• Manage the team of 5 developers
• Be responsible to keep system up and running in the production – analysis of production incidents and identify areas for improvements to avoid such incidents in future. Provide level 1 support to the users
• Be responsible for the delivery of new functionality / bug fixes including day-to-day task management of the team, QA, UAT and deployment to the production

•Working as Team Lead and manage the team with more than 3 developers: 2+ years
• Developing in Java: 5+ years
• Minimum 3 years building global high-performance, multi-threaded client-server Java-based systems;
