• The hiring process includes several stages. The HR interview can take up to one hour. The duration of the technical interview, conducted by a single interviewer, normally takes about 1 hour. Usually it’s more than one technical interview and it can be done on different dates and times to fit the schedules of our interviewers and your own schedule. The job offer acceptance stage can be completed in one hour or can be continued for several days to give you enough time to make a clear decision and to find the answers for all your questions and concerns. Paperwork processing will begin on your first day of work.

• Yet Luxoft operates worldwide the Company adheres strictly to the local labor legislation and affords its employees vacation time and governmental holidays accordingly.

• Locations as well as frequency of business travels depends on the project’s requirements. Business trips can be short-term – from several days to a couple of weeks – or long-term – for several months and even longer. Our Customers are located practically all over the world, but mostly they are located in the United States, Canada and Western Europe. The need for business trips is to be discussed with an employee in advance.

• Luxoft conducts its daily operations in two languages, native (depending on the country) and English. The Company values English proficiency highly. • Jolly and full of fun! Corporate events and holidays are usually celebrated at restaurants and night clubs. Summer corporate leisure and team-building activities are organized for all Company employees as well as for separate business unit/project teams and are conducted outdoors. Employees are delighted to spend their leisure time with colleagues. We are in a great mood after the holidays.



• Saturday and Sunday are official days-off (unless the employee is working under another agreement). Official holidays vary depending on location.
