• Work as a remote member of a SCRUM team in a role of solution centric system analyst
• Review high level business requirements coming from site-based business analysts and detail them in a form of user stories, use case descriptions, web service schemas, UML diagrams, wireframes, screen specifications, etc.
• Feed the detailed specifications into the team prior to every iteration
• Assist the team with understanding of requirements in particular during estimation meetings; ensure that specifications are unambiguous
• Act as a domain expert for developers and testers within the SCRUM team
• Maintain existing specifications and resolve analysis defects
• Occasionally perform acceptance testing of the developed functionality

• Proficiency in UML (at least 1 year of active usage)
• Previous experience of work with software modeling tools such as Rational Rose, Enterprise Architect or similar
• English skills sufficient to read and write technical documentation
(at least solid Upper-Intermediate)
• Hands-on familiarity with SOA
• Knowledge of database design principles
• Basic knowledge of usability concepts
• Familiarity with SOAP and EDI messaging standards

The following would be a plus:

• Previous experience as a systems analyst or systems architect
