Performance Appraisals

Performance Appraisal Sessions to measure individual technical performance, teamwork skills and compliance to corporate competencies required for the relevant professional role are being conducted at least once a year for each Luxoft employee.

The main goal of the Performance Appraisal is to provide employee with the feedback on his/her activities, to decide on plans for career and professional development and to set tasks for the future.
