Induction

Luxoft Induction Training program has been specially developed to facilitate integration of a new employee. Induction trainings cover all basic issues starting from global information about Company structure, goals and strategy to acquaintance with internal work processes and procedures, regulations and quality standards.

Care of newcomer

At his/her first working day newcomer is being provided with the New Employee Set that contains some pleasant essentials (like Logo tea mug) and the Handbook with useful information (like Hot telephone numbers, some of inner policies etc.)
