The company's products and technologies provide in-depth computer defense for more than 300 million systems around the globe, including home and mobile users, SMBs and large enterprises.

Challenge:
Create hybrid testing teams for its flagship Anti-Virus and Internet Security products – consisting of both on internal and outsourced software testing experts. The teams needed to geographically compatible and speak English. The teams would be performing under tight deadlines and needed to provide timely addition of other highly skilled employees for testing on other products as well.
