Customer Advisory Board 2010
Luxoft Customer Advisory Board has become a long standing tradition for our company. Every year Luxoft’s executive team and over 20 senior executive representatives from key customer accounts gather together to get an overview of Luxoft’s yearly performance, key milestones and challenges, and the company’s strategy for the upcoming year. This meeting is also used as an opportunity for the clients to gain insight into various relationship models used for each account, network with each other, as well as to have some quality face-to-face time with the entire Luxoft executive team.
This year’s meeting was held in London. The city was chosen for its central location, proximity to the majority of our clients, rich culture & beautiful architecture. The first part of the meeting (business agenda) took part on board of one of the oldest existing Thames Sailing Barges – barge “May”, launched way back in 1891.
Each year we invite a well-known industry thought leader to deliver a presentation on various topics that would interest our clients and provide them with an opportunity to learn something that they may not have otherwise. This year’s keynote presenter was Guy Rosen, a renowned public figure in the cloud-computing industry. Guy flew in from Israel to deliver a presentation on latest development & trends, applicability, and the future of cloud computing. Dmitry Loschinin reported on Luxoft’s performance & strategy, while Vasily Suvorov gave an overview of solutions developed within Luxoft.
To mix up a day full of presentations with a bit of fun, guests were invited to participate in a clay shooting competition. Each guest was given a chance shoot an old English rifle and compete for a prize. The water tour was beautifully rounded off with the opening of Tower Bridge Ceremony and the guests continued their evening with a dinner in one of the rooms of the Tate Modern, London’s national gallery of modern art.
This year’s meeting was another success in strengthening our client relationships.
