Lev Saks

Chief Executive Officer, Luxoft Consulting, Inc
With two decades of IT industry experience as a software developer and entrepreneur, Lev Saks serves as CEO of Luxoft Consulting, Inc (LCI). With a classic approach to management, a vibrant personality, and a keen attention to detail, Lev is responsible for LCI’s sales strategy and client relationships, as well as leading the acquisition of key industry players. He spearheaded the Luxoft acquisition of Internet Solution, the Moscow-based Software Company known for its work on Social Project, a recent Viacom acquisition.

Previously Lev served as president of ITCI Inc. ITCI's successful business practices were recognized by Business Week in 2006 and in that year ITCI acquired by Luxoft, Eastern Europe’s largest IT outsourcing company. Lev co-founded ITCI in 1993 to provide IT outsourcing, on-site staffing, and project management services for Fortune 500 and middle market businesses, and was a driving force behind its success. Over his career, he has advised the Information Technology departments of Citicorp, Bear Stearns, Depository Trust, Drexel Burnham Lambert, Chemical Bank and other top financial institutions.

Stuart Selip

Chief Executive Officer, Luxoft Consulting Strategies, Inc
Luxoft Consulting Strategies is a division of Luxoft Consulting, Inc that delivers IT Strategy consulting to Fortune 500/Global 2000 firms. Stuart works in the forefront of IT consulting, most recently for Burton Group, an IT Research and Advisory firm, where he built and managed their unified consulting organization. In previous Burton Group roles, Stuart was Vice President and Service Director of their Application Platform Strategies research service, where he also served as a senior IT industry research analyst.

Stuart’s analyst coverage included Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Software Testing, Data Governance and Business Rules, and Software Development Offshoring and Outsourcing. He had significant direct experience in each coverage area, having served as the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Architect of IT Consulting International (ITCI), a US-Russian software development-outsourcing firm later acquired by Luxoft, and in a prior role as President of Selip Management Services (SMS), a Software Systems Integrator. SMS served both Small and Medium Business (SMB) and Fortune 500 clients, through successful business partner relationships with firms like Logica, Candle Corporation, and Wang Laboratories.

Stuart served as a Vice President of the Securities Industry Middleware Council (SIMC) and Chairman of its Open Source and Outsourcing committees. He earned an M.S. in Computer Science from Polytechnic University, an MBA from Pace University, and a B.S. degree from Stonybrook University. He is a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon.

Roman Raslin

Vice President, Sales
Roman joined Luxoft Consulting Inc. in 1997 as a leading sales and account management representative. His responsibilities include establishment and maintenance of client relationships, supervision and development of sales staff, managing lead to order process, customer satisfaction and retention. Roman’s philosophy is based on “customer comes first” principals and effective communication with all levels of client management structure. As part of client relationship management his responsibilities extend to lead generation, RFI and RFP processing, project orders and contract negotiations. With solid experience in the IT staffing industry, Mr. Raslin is in charge of onsite staffing and offshore services sales.

Roman holds a B.A. in Political Science from Queens College.

Joseph Edwards

Vice President, ERP Practice
Joseph is a highly experienced IT executive and former CIO of an Fortune 500 organization, responsible for managing a $75M annual IT budget. Possessing over 25 years of Enterprise-level IT program management and business development experience, he now directs Luxoft Consulting ERP Practice. Joseph focuses on amalgamating company’s considerable strength in IT strategy, data governance and business intelligence with its deep knowledge and capabilities in the area of SAP and Oracle ERP. He is also responsible for the design and delivery of the company’s flagship products related to version upgrades, implementation ROI, outsourcing, AFS, and global supply chain solutions.

Joseph has broad consulting qualifications in the areas of large scale IT systems development, ERP, CRM and organization transformation, with noted accomplishments in business development and operations management. He also possesses extensive Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Governance Regulatory and Compliance (GRC) and FDA certification experience, and is a trained PMI and Six Sigma management professional.

Mr. Edwards holds a masters MBA degree from the University of New Haven and a BS in economics and computer science from Quinnipiac University. He is also a graduate of IBM, SAP and Oracle certification programs.

Victor Natanzon

Director, Enterprise Information Management Practice
Victor has been in the IT industry over 25 years and has successfully established a number of software consulting and educational training businesses in New York, USA. He began his career as a VAX/VMS system manager growing to a Department manager and Sr. Technology Architect positions.

As a CEO/CTO of $6.5M Prime View, Inc., Victor lead a development of a few key projects including: SOX BI reporting using BusinessObjects, BPM for sea shipping company, OLAP for email archiving appliance, on-line class management system , test/quiz generation system, attendance and student management systems.

Aside from Victor’s business acumen, he has extensive experience in relational database technology including Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, web development, project management, business intelligence and business performance measurement, mobile development and e-Discovery.

At Luxoft Consulting, Victor is responsible for integrating the company’s considerable strength in data governance and business intelligence with its deep knowledge and capabilities in the areas of data management, datawarehousing, ETL and analytical reporting. He is also responsible for the design and delivery of the company’s BI implementation services related to “Reduce-time-to-information for end-users”, “BI-On-Demand”, data management strategy, outsourcing, and BPM solutions.

Victor holds a degree in computer science from the Handasaim school of Technion, Israel. He is also a Certified BPM Practitioner and graduated from Oracle, BusinessObjects, and Sybase certification programs. Mr. Natanzon is a member of Project Management Institute and Information Systems Security Association.

Paul Schurawel

Director, Rich Internet Technologies Practice
Paul has over fourteen years in the Information Technology Services industry and 10 years of prior military service as an Aviator and Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) Operator. Paul started in Information Technology as a Technical Recruiter and quickly moved through the ranks to Sales, Sales/Recruiter Management, and Vice President of Technology Services. He has been responsible for managing the activities of all sales and recruiting associates for $20-50 million companies to include multiple geographic locations. Paul’s consulting services experience includes operating in the capacity as consultant to other Information Services companies to turn around failed service delivery operations.

In addition, he is experienced as a Microsoft new products tester and Windows NT 4.0 System Administrator. Paul used his System Administration experience in numerous distributed computing projects as a Project Coordinator. He has a unique ability of listening to client’s needs and making appropriate high value recommendations in services.

While at Luxoft, Paul identified the need for a high-value service offering in Rich Internet Technologies. His prior experience in Adobe Flash development helped with communicating with the passive developer community and building a base of subject matter experts. Paul strongly feels that the future in Enterprise Computing will include Web 2.0 Rich Internet Technologies in order to provide a better user experience that leads to improved productivity, user retention, and an improved ROI.

Mr. Schurawel holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. He also completed USAF flight training on the B-52 G/H and C-5 A/B airframes and holds over 3000 flight hours with 157 combat hours. Mr. Schurawel has held a Top Secret security clearance with SIOP, ESI and SCI access.
