LuxNOC is a service by Luxoft. You can fully outsource your Network Operations Center (NOC) to us. NOC is responsible for the non-stop surveillance of telecommunication network and for quick resolution of any occurring errors. By outsourcing NOC services to Luxoft, you tap into the talent pool of the best engineers in Eastern Europe.
Unlike the majority of outsourced NOC service providers, Luxoft possesses vendor-level expertise in telecommunications equipment, including Nortel, Avaya, Trapeze Networks and more. LuxNOC has a solid infrastructure, especially configured for hosting real-time/critical business processes, according to ISO 27001 standard. All critical equipment is provided with UPS, fire and high temperature protection, flood detection, and other associated risks prevention controls. Also, all critical software is backed-up in a different location, in order to be restored on needed basis.
Luxoft high class IP Protection and Data Security is appreciated by many customers, and also recognized by LRQA that certified Luxoft according to ISO27001:2005 information security standard. As part of Luxoft, LuxNOC provides a robust environment in terms of physical, network, hardware, software, data and personnel security.
LuxNoc can access and operate on any remote equipment by using encrypted VPN or/and dedicated channels.
Luxoft has Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans, which are tested on yearly basis. Also, disaster recovery and business continuity plans could be developed and tested on customer request.
