The size of ITO contracts continues to be smaller because of multi-sourcing. Sergey Karas, Vice President, Global Strategy at Luxoft, predicts that by 2008 multi-sourcing even among offshoring deals will be mainstream such that buyers will pass over providers offering delivery from only one country.
