Luxoft recognizes three distinct phases of knowledge transfer process.
Initial Knowledge Transfer
We closely collaborate with our clients during the early stages of a project. Unlike most service companies, we are usually involved in requirements definition by thoroughly analyzing the customer’s business challenges and identifying potential options. Most knowledge transfer occurs at this stage. It is typically conducted onsite.
Ongoing Knowledge Transfer
Because knowledge transfer and content sharing are crucial to any project, we have developed standardized methods to facilitate an ongoing transfer of knowledge. Luxoft establishes the necessary communication vehicle, allowing its clients to monitor project status and collaborate remotely. The methods and tools we use to support overall project execution allow us to successfully manage any communication obstacles and fully address any issues that may arise.
Results Delivery
We thoroughly document all work done, either in accordance with our corporate standards (corresponding to RUP requirements), or standards specified by the customer. We arrange special knowledge transfer sessions to ensure smooth information delivery.
