Excelian and IBM co-hosted an exclusive breakfast briefing today at the Tower of London DoubleTree Hilton, which looked at the the latest high performance computing trends.
As the second in a series of grid benchmarking events, Excelian’s Head of Grid and High Performance Computing, Andre Nedelcoux and Senior Partner, Dr Adam Vile, analysed the findings of a grid maturity survey conducted last month.
Platform Computing, an IBM company, provided insight into their view of the market and the implications of CVA on grid and IT. IBM went on to present a roadmap of their Symphony middleware product to the seventeen financial City institutions in attendance, linking this to the discussions had around counterparty credit risk and CVA analysis.
