Each organization has its own unique setup of the role model based on some standards. Usually, people are very comfortable to sit in their current roles as it took some efforts to become respected for the past achievements. I can understand why people are resistant to organizational changes which usually grasp organizational roles inevitably. Anxiety and feeling threatened are the key reasons why Scrum roles may be failed. We are going to explore some light and good ways of how to introduce new agile roles on real life examples of the Scrum adoption cases.
