LUXOFT Brings Onboard Two Renowned Marketing Leaders Signifying an Important Shift in Its Focus on Marketing Strategy

Expanding its presence in Western markets in conjunction with rising interest in Russia for software outsourcing services, LUXOFT has identified strategic marketing as core to maintaining its dynamic growth.

LUXOFT is pleased to announce the appointment of Lilia Tsalalikhin to the role of Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. Lilia will be in charge of defining LUXOFT’s marketing strategy and the implementation of innovative marketing programs. Hiring Lilia expands LUXOFT’s U.S. marketing force, brings the company closer to its customers, and adds veteran leadership to its marketing team.

With over twenty years of experience working in the telecommunications, science, and software industries, Lilia is a respected authority in strategic marketing, sales and services, and product management and development. Lilia brings with her leadership, a wealth of expertise, and a solid record of achievements and broad international experience, including in emerging markets.

Lilia, a graduate of the IBM/Wharton Marketing Program, has held various executive and management positions in the IBM Corporation for over twenty years. Her practical approach, depth of skills, and keen understanding of customer needs has resulted in a steady track record of delivering competitive products to the marketplace and numerous successful projects for her customers. Lilia will work out of LUXOFT’s US office in Montvale, NJ.

LUXOFT is also pleased to announce the appointment of Olga Kitova to the position of Marketing Director. Olga brings with her more than ten-years of IT industry experience. In addition to her industry experience, Olga holds a Ph.D. in computer science, teaches marketing in several Moscow MBA programs, and is the co-author of a book on e-marketing. Olga brings to LUXOFT her deep understanding of product marketing, positioning, and management. Prior to LUXOFT Olga held top marketing positions in both Western and Russian companies including Software AG, IT Co., and Kaspersky Labs. Olga will work out of LUXOFT’s Moscow headquarters.
