Scheduled from May 31 through June 2, ROSS 2006 will bring together over 500 attendees across corporate, vendor, government, and influencer audiences to share ideas, best practices and opportunities for the Russian software and services outsourcing market which is estimated at $1 billion and growing.
As Chairman of RUSSOFT (The Russian Software Developers Association), which is organizing and hosting ROSS, Dmitry Loschinin, President and CEO of Luxoft, will open up the conference with an address on industry achievements over the past year and insights into where Russian outsourcing is headed next.
