. The awards celebrate the corporate social responsibility initiatives of companies in various areas that promote the opportunities and achievements of women globally.
Luxoft’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, “Career Days for Women” is aimed at inspiring women to start a career in the technology world. Luxoft arranges regular meet-ups in UK, USA and Russia with a range of participants. Including students, academics, technology entrepreneurs, out of work women and stay-at-home parents and networking events with talks covering career opportunities, the latest technical developments in the IT world and providing expert advice for out of workwomen from all other professional areas.
Woman Who Matters is an initiative to identify and support projects encouraging and promoting women’s rights and seeks to raise awareness of gender equality issues in the government, media and business community. The award in the nomination “IT and modern technologies” highlights the progress Luxoft has made in encouraging women to join the technology revolution.
