Luxoft to Drive Discussion on Russian Outsourcing At the Outsourcing Institute Roadshow in New York.

New York City, June 5, 2006 – As part of its growing US presence punctuated by the recent acquisition of ITCI in New York, Luxoft -- Russia’s leading provider of end-to-end information technology services and solutions -- will be a featured presenter at the New York leg of the Outsourcing Institute 2006 RoadShow. This popular seminar series–which will also make stops in Chicago, Dallas later this year — is being hosted on June 8th by industry association The Outsourcing Institute (OI.)

This venue provides a dynamic forum for buyers to get the freshest insights into outsourcing trends and issues and as the featured presenter from Russia, Luxoft will speak to the region’s success as an IT outsourcing destination which has grown to a $1B market.

IT services industry veteran and CEO of Luxoft USA, Lev Saks, will drive a discussion on the latest developments, trends and advantages of including Russia in a diversified outsourcing portfolio.

“Russia has a lot of offer to IT outsourcing buyers,” said Saks. “People that are highly skilled in both technology and business, cultural and geographic proximity to US and European companies, strong attention to quality, and cost competitiveness help Russia stand out from the pack. The OI RoadShow is a great forum to discuss the opportunities Russian IT outsourcing presents global companies and to begin to help participants assess how it might fit into their strategy and programs.”

In addition to the Russian market overview, Saks will also share outsourcing best practices resulting from Luxoft’s work with global business leaders like IBM, Dell, Boeing, Deutsche Bank and discuss how on-site -- as well as offshore resources-- can successfully factor into a company’s US and global outsourcing strategy.

“Russia is a growing player in the outsourcing equation for our members and we think it’s critical to help build their awareness and understanding of the benefits of doing business with Russian companies,” said Melissa Wettengel, Director of Outsourcing Solutions of The Outsourcing Institute. “We are looking forward to Luxoft’s participation at our New York RoadShow and are of a like mind that helping companies realize fast track, pain free outsourcing is what matters most.”
